1. Information We Collect
We collect email addresses when subscribing to our newsletter or creating an account, name and contact details when submitting a profile claim, and messages sent through our contact form. We also collect usage data including pages visited and general geographic location at country level. We do not collect precise location data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to deliver the weekly corridor digest and platform alerts, process profile claims and verify participant credentials, respond to contact and support inquiries, and improve platform features. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Newsletter and Email
When you subscribe, we store your email to deliver the weekly corridor intelligence digest. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting hello@rivieraaudit.com. Email delivery is handled by Resend.
4. Data Storage and Security
Platform data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. We implement industry-standard security including encrypted connections, access controls, and regular security reviews. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store credit card information.
5. Participant Profile Data
Participant profiles are compiled from publicly available sources including Google Business, AMPI registries, and public records. If you believe information about you is inaccurate, contact hello@rivieraaudit.com and we will review within 5 business days.
6. Mexican Data Protection (LFPDPPP)
For users in Mexico, we comply with the Ley Federal de Proteccion de Datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares. You have rights to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose the processing of your personal data. Submit requests to hello@rivieraaudit.com with subject line ARCO Rights Request.
7. Data Retention
Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.
