Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Riviera Audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, subscribers, and participants.
2. Nature of the Platform
Riviera Audit provides real estate intelligence data, zone scores, participant profiles, and market signals for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any property.
3. No Warranty on Scores
Zone scores, participant ratings, risk signals, and all intelligence data are provided as-is based on available public information and our methodology. We make no warranty that scores are accurate, complete, or current. Always conduct independent due diligence and engage licensed professionals before any real estate transaction.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not scrape or systematically download platform data, use the platform to defame or harass participants, submit false information in profile claims, resell or redistribute our intelligence data without written authorization, or attempt to circumvent access controls or paywalls.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content including scores, methodology, articles, and design is owned by Riviera Audit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. The Riviera Audit name, logo, and Riviera Audit Verified badge are proprietary marks.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riviera Audit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on platform data. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
